- The most straightforward resolution is to download the file at the end of this page named "ChromeFix.reg", then open or double-click this file.
- You may receive two different security warnings when executing this file. One may ask "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" and another similar to the following:
Please click "yes" or "ok" on both of these messages. - Please close all open Chrome windows then re-open Chrome in order to verify that the problem has been resolved.
