PC USERS:
Ricoh IM 2500 (7th fl. Watson):
1) Download the driver from Ricoh:
https://support.ricoh.com/bb/pub_e/dr_ut_e/0001341/0001341354/V3000/z01712L19.exe
Double-click to execute the driver installer:
2) Click Agree and Go to Next:
3) Select Network and click "Next':
4) Click "Click if you cannot find device":
5) Select "Specify IP address" then click Next:
6) Enter 10.60.31.33 in the IP address box then click "Search". Select the "IM 2500" from the results then click "Next':
7) Allow the process to complete, then click "Next" then "Finish". You may be asked to choose if you wish to restart now or later. The printer has now been installed:
MAC USERS:
Ricoh IM 2500 (7th fl. Watson):
1) Download the driver for your version of MacOS from Ricoh:
https://support.ricoh.com/bb/pub_e/dr_ut_e/0001341/0001341218/V1300/Ricoh_IM_2500_3500_4000_LIO_1.3.0.0.dmg
2) Open the downloaded file, and double-click the driver installer, shown below, and follow the prompts to complete the installation:
3) To install the printer, open System Settings (click the Apple logo in the top-left corner of the screen, then System Settings), then click "Printers & Scanners" in the left-hand column, then "Add a Printer, Scanner, or Fax":
4) Click the "IP tab at the top of the resulting window. Enter 10.60.31.33 in the "Address" box, and choose "AirPrint" in the "Protocol:" box. The Use box should then show the model of the Ricoh printer (IM 2500). You may enter a name of your choice for this printer in the "Name" box:
Click "Add":
6) The printer should now appear in your list of installed printers.
